It's 1967, and someone's good coat is getting the full treatment at a Glasgow branch of Pullar's of Perth.
The dry-cleaning chain, established as dyers in Perth in 1824, once had branches all over Scotland, and, in the days before easy-clean fabrics, and home washing machines, they were the tip-top spot to keep your togs neat and clean.
The waft of chemical smells which used to blow out the doors of their shops was enough to knock you down - heaven knows how the staff put up with the fumes and pong all day, every day.
